Lens Distribution

WVA is a wholesale contact lens distributor and buying group. WVA offers the following benefits for your contact lens purchases:

  • Same day and consolidated shipping. WVA can consolidate all of your orders into one package per day. No minimum purchases mean you avoid unnecessary shipping charges.
  • The right inventory. Even though other companies say they have the largest inventory in the industry, at WVA, the most important thing is that 95% of all the contact lenses you order are in stock.
  • Ship-to-patient service. WVA honors nearly all manufacturers’ Ship-to- Patient rebate programs.
  • Easy online ordering. Track patient purchasing histories and receive daily confirmation of your orders.
  • Your own field rep. A highly trained rep answers your questions, helps you select the best purchasing programs for your practice, and works directly with manufacturer’s reps to help resolve issues.

Shipping

In-stock items are shipped the same day for orders placed during our normal business hours.

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am through 4:00 pm.

Most shipments will arrive to you within 1-2 days in the midwest.

Outside the midwest, shipments can be expected in 2-4 days.

WVA ships via UPS and USPS.

Returns

Immediate credit on lens returns (as policy dictates - see Return Policies).

  • Send us your returns, and if they meet the manufacturers’ requirements, we will credit you no questions asked.
  • Credit goes towards any of your WVA purchases including orders through the WVA Buying Group.

Ship To Patient

WVA offers you a special Ship-to-Patient service. We will ship lenses directly to your patient's home, office or school at your request.

Sales Representative

Your representative will:

  • Examine current lens sales and usage reports to ensure you are always receiving the best price possible.
  • Provide you with custom reports that help you manage your inventory.
  • Provide your practice with the latest in contact lens and optical technology.

Inventory

  • We keep inventory of all spheres, torics, multi-focals, colors, both revenue and diagnostic (trials). We even stock XR’s.
  • We stock a full line of pharmaceuticals, supplies and solutions.
